At our Hair Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Infinite Designs Hair Studio experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

At Infinite Designs Hair Studio, our independent artists share one goal — to deliver confidence, creativity, and connection through beauty. Please take a moment to review our studio guidelines before your visit.
Appointments & Cancellations
Each artist manages their own bookings, pricing, and communication. Please contact your stylist directly for scheduling.
We kindly ask for 48-hour notice for cancellations or changes. Missed or same-day cancellations may result in a 50% feeat your stylist’s discretion.
Tiered Pricing System
Our tier system ensures there’s an artist and price point for every guest and budget. Each stylist’s rates reflect their experience, education, and demand behind the chair.
Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may require adjusting or rescheduling your service to maintain quality and timing.
Service Adjustments
If you have any concerns with your service, please reach out within 7 days. Refunds are not offered, but adjustments may be made at your stylist’s discretion.
Bridal & Event Bookings
A signed bridal contract and non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your date. Final details and payment are due 30 days before the event.
Children & Guests
To maintain a calm, safe environment, only guests receiving services may be in the service area unless otherwise approved by your stylist.
Retail & Communication
Retail returns are accepted within 14 days if unopened and unused.
